If you want to take charge of your medical care and not have it dictated by an insurance company, this is the place to go. If you want to learn to eat what your body needs and learn what supplements to take versus only popping a prescription then this is the place you need to go. If you are happy having your care defined by insurance and pharmaceutical companies continue on as you are doing and not go here. At the same time they are mindful of out of pocket costs.
