After talking with a close friend, we both decided to give it a try this past summer —and I was pleasantly surprised to discover how much I loved it. I honestly didn’t think I could handle CrossFit because it seemed intimidating, intense, and way out of my comfort zone.
What I love most is the community: athletes of all levels cheering you on, meeting you exactly where you are, and pushing you in the best way.
