I love this group, it's different from anything I've done so far related to exercise and I tell you I'm loving it.Eva is excellent at explaining everything if you are ready to try, is hard core exercises ??? get ready.

A whole year has gone by and when I started I couldn't even pick up the barbell. When the wife notices you're looking better you know this gym has it going on. No need to supplement with nugenix because ladies, after 2 months at this gym, you'll love the changes too ?

I moved to Apex about a year and a half ago from Wilmington, NC. This was the very first place I came to (literally the day I moved) because finding a home gym is incredibly important to me. My original thoughts moving here was to try out a few places to make sure I was making the right choice, because I had previously been impulsive with my CrossFit gym decision and didn’t have the best experience, so continuing on with this sport was up in the air.After my first class here, I was immediately sold on the community alone.
