“I did two back-to-back 6 week sessions of Essential Yoga for Beginners with Ellen. I'd done some yoga before, mostly following along with YouTube videos, but hadn't taken many in-person classes. Visiting Downtown Yoga in Ocean Springs became the highlight of each week. (Totally worth the 30+ minute drive from Gulfport!) The calming space that Ellen and her studio provides was something I looked forward to, especially after a long work day. We're moving away from the Coast, otherwise I would definitely continue taking classes at Downtown Yoga. Highly recommend!“
