Yoga in Slidell

“I took a restorative yoga class with Melissa on Sunday and it was SO good. As a mom of two littles, I never get to feel peace and calm, but with Melissa leading me I was able to feel at peace, and she showed me ways to stretch in poses I’ve done a million times but never in the way she explained them.
