“Shout out to Sarah Womack. Sarah is so kind, professional, and personable. She does her work with such a great attitude and an obvious eye for excellence. Sarah- your presence makes a good facility great and a welcoming space personal.
You are AWESOME!!!”
“As a complete beginner to yoga, I was extremely nervous. Since the first class, I have felt extremely comfortable, and have fallen in love with yoga. After only 2 weeks, my body hasn’t felt better. I look forward to more classes. Thank you Blue Arrow Yoga!”
“I can't say enough good things about Hotworx Slidell. I've been a member for about 2 years (maybe almost 3) now, and Monique is absolutely fantastic. She's always smiling and will stop to chat while making sure all rooms are clean and ready for you. I'm so glad I added this to my workout routine.”
