About River Rock Yoga and Pilates

I started practicing yoga at River Rock several months ago, having never practiced before and not in the best physical shape. The instructor’s at River Rock welcomed me and made me feel like I belong there. I started in a beginners class and found the instructors were able to accommodate all skill levels. River Rock has affordable choices and a variety of classes to choose from.
River Rock has great classes with wonderful energy! I appreciate the personal cues/attention and the lively atmosphere. I’m able to safely grow my skills. I’m hooked!
