“The staff is nice and the facility is clean. They care about fitness and have blurbs about proper eating, hydration, etc around the gym. There are some broken machines and a little rust on some of the dumbbells but this gym is 10x better than the one in Bay St Louis on Johnson Street (edit : Bay Strength & Fitness). I don’t use the pool so I can’t comment on that.“
“Love going to Treehouse as much as possible. Instructors are so intuitive and genuinely skilled working with their students. I suggest it highly!“

“I had my first appointment with Brenda and booked my second one as soon as we were done! She spent a lot of time listening to my areas of concern and showing me stretches that I can do at home. I asked for deep tissue and she delivered! The massage and stretching were so therapeutic! After 6 weeks of back/joint pain, I woke feeling 90% better than I’ve felt in 6 weeks.The clinic is very clean and calm and Brenda is an absolute jewel! I highly recommend her!“
