I was spending the week in Ocean Springs with time to kill. Since I’m between stylist at home, I figured I would take advantage of the free time and get my hair cut. Sherri came highly rated on Google and she did not disappoint. I have thick straight hair and she took the time to listen to what I was wanting. While she was cutting, she’d stop to consult me. Shell is the best locktician on the coast and the only person I will let do my lock maintenance after a few failed attempts with others. She is super chill and has a wealth of knowledge you can tell she takes pride and her work and is continuously working to better herself and learn more even though she has been in the business for quite some time. I have been going to cox’s barber shop for years… this place is an amazing establishment with lots of awesome barbers . What I really like is they always try to place you with the right barber for the style you’re looking for to give you the best haircut. Prices are very reasonable as well! First time getting my son's haircut here. Julius cut his hair and did an awesome job. He kept his wave pattern and faded his hair to perfection!! The vibe there is positive and kid friendly (didn't hear any cursing or explicit music). The owner was nice as well!

She was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me wonderful ideas to reach the style I wanted but was also honest on why certain ideas wouldn't work for me hair. More recently, I had my nails done by Mickey (dip mani with some nail art). He paid attention to every detail of my nail job, and he created a beautiful set based on my ideas and color scheme. These have lasted through lots of activities and swimming, and I would absolutely go back for any service here. The whole staff is fun, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They don't offer every kind of nail art, so call ahead for your specific desires. I really appreciate this team!

Dr. Hendrix is thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. This practice does NOT overbook!
