“I started practicing yoga at River Rock several months ago, having never practiced before and not in the best physical shape. The instructor’s at River Rock welcomed me and made me feel like I belong there. I started in a beginners class and found the instructors were able to accommodate all skill levels. River Rock has affordable choices and a variety of classes to choose from.”
“I had an amazing experience as a drop in. I am from out of town and was down visiting family so I was able to drop in for a class. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. I let her know things I would like to work on and an injury that I had and we were able to focus on those things as well. I feel like I learned things about my form I can take back and put into my practice back home. Thank you for everything!”
