Can't say enough about this wonderful studio! The instructors, (who have impressive backgrounds in Stott, Classical and Polestar Pilates as well as Physical Therapy, Dance and Yoga) are exceptionally well trained. I'm not overstating this--the level of formal expertise here is beyond what one finds at a normal Pilates or Yoga studio. A great deal of energy and attention is directed towards proper body alignment/body mechanics as well as clear and detailed explanations on proper use of the Reformer and other Pilates apparatuses---I feel completely safe with anything they've asked me to do.
