I think when a customer comes in and sits in your chair for you to cut their hair you need to listen to that customer you need to do exactly what they say to the best of your ability and knowledge that you went to beauty school for and you need to respect that Customer because it's their hair not yours I encountered on three or four occasions one hair stylist who refuses to do that and it's Kathy and you wouldn't think that she would have enough sense to cut hair to the customer specifications well I've used her on three or four occasions and every time she's messed my hair up very disappointed she's a nice lady but that doesn't cut your hair the lady does

Ignore Justin, he’s just a man child. Nick is one of the best around. He’s cut my hair for years and I’ve never been disappointed by him. I’ve sent other people his way and none of them have every complained about anything. Fade Zone has an amazing atmosphere and will make you feel welcome. Reminds me of the old school barbershop atmosphere where everyone talked to everyone. I cannot recommend Nick Smithey enough, and I’m more than sure all the barbers at Fade Zone are great. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The owner himself came in the midst of an incoming ice storm to repair a furnace in a rental property I own! They were prepared even with the part needed. I might also add that this was my first experience with this company but if need be in the future it will not be my last. ??
Bobby was so concerned about getting the problem fixed regarding my AC unit. He throughly took his time to figure the problem and reported back to me with his findings. Bobby was also very kind and patient with me in what I had going on in the home which made me feel very comfortable. I would DEFINITELY want him to be my technician if I should need service again and would DEFINITELY refer him to others!
I called to place an order for same day delivery all the way from New Jersey 2 hours before they were to close....and they not only were the most delightful people to take to but they delivery the most beautiful boutique of flowers to the hospital...even after they closed.
I hope I get a chance to order from them again cause I definitely will!

Great place, I see Ms, Heaven Robbins there been seeing her since 2017 or longer she has been good with everything I ask. But there are a few that don't listen to what you have to say. I was there a few weeks ago seen someone different they gave me some meds thy to tell hell that med made me sick. Had me take it there while in office. By the the time I got home I lost my breath and couldn't breathe wife had to help me come thur this happened twice. So from now on I will make sure Ms, Heaven Robbins is in office.
The boutique has absolutely adorable clothes leaning toward a boho style and has an overall charming environment. Also got my hair cut and styled for a reasonable price Bree did an excellent job and was very kind and informed me they also do nails as well. I highly recommend checking them out!

I have been going to Dip stick ever since it has open. Until Monday no one has ever checked my a/c filter. The young man was very professional and explained what he was about to do. Needless to say I had to have a new filter. Mine was filthy.
