They strive to do the very best for their clients, with a hard-working, professional, and talented team that works astonishingly well as a team. Ms. Hannah is highly recommended for her polite and kind service, doing an amazing job on nails. A gentleman also did an amazing job on a pedicure. Even when busy, they take the time to make sure clients get what they want. While some liked their nail color and found them fast, a problem occurred with nails chipping and one coming off completely.
I’ve been going to Lavish New Albany for almost 5 years now! I have never left there disappointed! They go above and beyond at making you feel welcome and like family! They always strive to do the very best for their clients! They are all hard working, and the way they work as a team is astonishing! Very professional and talented team! The absolute BEST in my opinion!
10/10! I went in and got a manicure and a pedicure today and they did such a great job! I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Hannah! She was so polite and kind. She really did an amazing job on my nails. They were so busy, but they took the time to really make sure I got what I wanted! The gentleman that did my pedicure (I didn't get his name) was amazing! He did such a great job as well. I love Lavish and will continue to use them as my nail salon!
Liked my nail color & they were fast. Only problem is 2 nails have already chipped & my thumbnail has completely come off. I'm on vacation with bad nails. I was hoping for at least 2 good weeks.💔😩
