Main Touch Salon & Day Spa is a welcoming place. One stylist is noted as extremely sweet and the absolute best, earning high recommendation as the only trusted professional for a customer's hair. Another stylist is described as a sweetheart who provides good care, comfort, and conversation, making a client's day. However, a different stylist has disappointed a customer on multiple occasions by not listening to specifications. The salon also has a friendly puppy who greets visitors. Some clients are first-time visitors who plan to return.
I love visiting with Ashley at Mane Touch! She always gets me in when I reach out— she takes time to understand exactly what I want. When I leave her chair, I want to show my hair off to everyone. She always slays my hair and makes me feel special! The best!
Anna Grace is THE BEST! I always get compliments on my hair color! I will continue to drive over an hour to see her because she is WORTH IT and gives me exactly what I want every time! She also has a sparkling personality and will keep you laughing the entire time you’re in her chair! I cannot recommend Anna Grace enough!!! 🫶
I think when a customer comes in and sits in your chair for you to cut their hair you need to listen to that customer you need to do exactly what they say to the best of your ability and knowledge that you went to beauty school for and you need to respect that Customer because it's their hair not yours I encountered on three or four occasions one hair stylist who refuses to do that and it's Kathy and you wouldn't think that she would have enough sense to cut hair to the customer specifications well I've used her on three or four occasions and every time she's messed my hair up very disappointed she's a nice lady but that doesn't cut your hair the lady does
