“Amazing customer service! Trace was absolutely wonderful and very understanding. The first time he came out he had replaced the blower motor on our A/C unit. A few days later our unit had quit working again. I was devastated considering I just paid $700 for them to fix the issue. I called them back explaining the situation, and Trace was back out here in no time. It was a different issue this time and he had to replace our compressor capacitor. I expressed how I did not want to pay another large sum of money again. They were very understanding and only charged me for the part he had to replace, which I was so grateful for! Wonderful company and a huge thank you to Trace for all his help!”
