Easy to set appointments, Tim is wonderful very attentive and thorough. The nurse is caring and very intelligent. I usually have a wonderful experience here until today. I was ordered labs to be drawn, but there seemed to be a miscommunication when the lab aide came into the room she spoke on insurance and stated she was not sure if they’d pay because “my insurance is not a good one” after going back and forth about my labs and previous results I walked out. I felt as if she did not want to do her job I’ve never had to go back and forth with a phlebotomist about what my insurance could and could not pay for especially if she stated she was “not sure” I then was contacted by the nurse who went back and forth with me stating she was unaware I only wanted two specific labs drawn which was not the case and basically words were thrown in my mouth. I went for a simple check up that turned into a long drawn out session somewhat like this review. I most likely will not return, but this clinic isn’t a bad place when communication is done and everyone doesn’t mind doing their job and sticking to it as I’m referring to the lab aide.
