Amazing customer service! Trace was absolutely wonderful and very understanding. The first time he came out he had replaced the blower motor on our A/C unit. A few days later our unit had quit working again. I was devastated considering I just paid $700 for them to fix the issue. I called them back explaining the situation, and Trace was back out here in no time. It was a different issue this time and he had to replace our compressor capacitor. I expressed how I did not want to pay another large sum of money again. They were very understanding and only charged me for the part he had to replace, which I was so grateful for! These guys are the best. Our condenser quit and one of their techs squeezed me in at the end of the day on his way home. He fixed it and charged less than another company that only came out and did an inspection last year.
