Bobby Bishop was the repair man that came out he was very knowledgeable, and his customer service is top priority. Definitely want to use this company because they actually care about the customers. Bobby takes pride in his job and it shows. Great experience with this company..

Bobby has been to my house on many occasions. We have four HVAC units which to me can be confusing. Bobby jumps right in - never complaining. He is extremely polite and explains issues in layman's terms. He doesn't watch the clock at all! He takes care of business. The other night with icy/snow covered roads he came out and didn't leave until the job was done...AFTER 7pm! Kudos to Advanced Heating and Air and to BOBBY!! We will use him/them again!!
