They were very friendly and polite. They explained everything in a way that I, as a lay person could understand. I had a follow up appointment the next week for an adjustment and I couldn’t believe how just a little tweaking made such a big difference. They really know their stuff. “I have gone to this practice (originally Dr Ahlering and Kym, NP) for about 30 years. I have missed the last 5 years of getting checkups (my bad). I went today and saw Dr. Melinda Auer. She was wonderful and caring. My BP was high and she was really worried. She recommended their NP of Family Medicine, Haley Clark. Even though I was unable to see her today, she took the time to see me for a moment and stated she could start seeing me immediately and was very concerned about me. I have been trying to get a new PC, however the wait is next year. I am very excited to start seeing her.“

“My husband had appointment for Cat scan and MRI, Friday, October 20th. We arrived early because he is having hard time moving his legs. While I parked the car a very nice woman around 1 pm helped him at the desk to register. We waited in a comfortable waiting area and staff there were so friendly and nice. We were done by about 4pm. I wish I had names. They made it so easy. My stress level has been sky high with his illness. These people made it so much easier today. Definitely would come back here.“

I was attacked by my cat and bitten. We had to have him put down. I messaged them after the vet visit and was told to come in to be seen. I did and with no appointment seen almost immediately and taken care of. You won't get better care. God bless them all“
