Called to set up my annual appointment. Told my Doctor left and the practice Dr.'s aren't accepting new patients. Our family has been going there for 25 years. No new patients. What the hell?
I was scheduled an appointment after 1.5 months of trying to and then they called on the day of appointment that they have to cancel and reschedule the appointment. The very next available appointment is after 2 months! Is this a joke? How can a patient had to wait around 4 months to just see a doctor. Very very disappointing for scheduling the appointment.
Dr. Drissell and her team are excellent. I am very satisfied with the quality of care she and her team provide. Dr. Cannon is an excellent doctor as well. I trust both of them with my health.For being a problem patient, I am lucky they tolerate me
