Dr. Mehrtens has been the primary care physician for our entire family for years, and the care we’ve received in this office has been consistently outstanding!

He is also very responsive through the patient portal and can usually see you within a day or two of calling. I’ve never had to wait weeks for an appointment like you often do with other offices.

The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. I honestly hate when she answers the phone. She is like that everytime I call.“

“I had poison ivy and it was on my eye. I sent pictures to Dr. Hugo and they asked me to come to the office at 2:20. I got there at 2 and was called into the office by 2:10. Dr. Hugo spent time with me describing how I'm not contagious and then prescribed cream and medicine. At that point he took the time to ask me if I had anything else I wanted to discuss! Ive seen one of his assistants previously and got the same attention.“
