Set my appointment up last night for my appointment this morning at 9:30am. Was approved immediately for my chronic pain. And my card was approved by the state of Missouri by 10:16am. lol my card was printable in 46minutes of my appointment. Of course it all depends on how noticeable your condition is for approval I think and how backed up your state is on applications.“

Dr. Mehrtens has been the primary care physician for our entire family for years, and the care we’ve received in this office has been consistently outstanding!
Dr. Mehrtens and his staff truly listen. You never feel rushed, and they always take the time to answer every question. He is also very responsive through the patient portal and can usually see you within a day or two of calling. I’ve never had to wait weeks for an appointment like you often do with other offices.
Another huge advantage is the convenience! Most lab work can be done right in the office, and many common prescriptions are provided before you leave, always at NO COST!
If your union offers the Marathon (Everside) Healthcare option, I highly recommend taking advantage of it. There are no co-pays, no out-of-pocket expenses, and no running all over town for labs or meds, and no repeating your entire medical history to someone new at every visit.

“Amanda is the best doc I ever been too. Jenna is amazing nurse. Kristen is amazing too. The only thing bad I can say is that Angie a nurse is rude anytime I call she answers the phone like she hates her job. I also have been calling for two days now to get my inhaler filled and there seems to be no sense of care. I spoke to Angie of course yesterday she rushes me off the phone with no care in the world. I honestly hate when she answers the phone. She is like that everytime I call.“

“I had poison ivy and it was on my eye. I sent pictures to Dr. Hugo and they asked me to come to the office at 2:20. I got there at 2 and was called into the office by 2:10. Dr. Hugo spent time with me describing how I'm not contagious and then prescribed cream and medicine. At that point he took the time to ask me if I had anything else I wanted to discuss! Ive seen one of his assistants previously and got the same attention.“
