TruFusion STL
“TruFusion offers a wonderful array of classes, everything from hot yoga to TRX. I love the variety, and the quality of classes is top tier as well. It's expensive, but you get what you paid for. And for those that need to shower after a morning workout and get ready for work, the facilities are wonderful. I'm so glad I signed up for this gym. I highly recommend giving them a try!”
Premier Pilates St Louis
“I just left my first class at Premier Pilates, a mat Pilates class instructed by Hannah. It was great! The space is bright, clean, and well-equipped, and the staff members are super friendly and helpful. Hannah was a fun instructor, and I felt appropriately challenged during class and comfortable with her teaching. I’ll definitely be back for more mat and reformer classes in the future!”
