St Louis City Fitness LLC changed my outlook on exercising altogether! I never knew how much fun getting healthier could be! I love the group training. All of the trainers are super nice and ready to help you reach your goals.
I really like the new location as it is a much more open space. Emilee is the best and has a high level of expertise which is matched by her engaging personality and supportive demeanor. My weekly sessions are positive experiences and I highly recommend you check them out.
