Completely HOOKED! I’ve done yoga/barre but was always intimated by Pilates. After having my 2nd baby (that completely destroyed my core), I was looking for something to help build my strength back. Boom was just what I needed! After doing 3 private sessions with Betsey, I’m in LOVE with Pilates!!! She’s been listening to my needs, while still pushing me. I always leave wanting more, happy and refreshed. Every Instructor I’ve met just through passing has been incredibly nice! So glad I’ve found Boom (cutest place ever) and highly recommend Betsey for all those postpartum Mamas out there!

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!!!I tried my first ever Pilates class at the end of January 2021 at BOOM and I have been hooked ever since. So much so that I have gone to class 11 days in a row and counting. I have taken a class by each instructor and each brings such amazing energy to the class. The studio could not be cuter and the owner is simply the BEST. I only started working out this past year and I feel so comfortable at BOOM. The women are very welcoming, the instructors help with your form and make adjustments when necessary.
