The appointment was on time. I was greeted when I came in. The doctor was knowledgeable and professional. He told me what he was doing and why. This is the first time an eye doctor has spent time to tell me about my eyes, the exam and what he was looking for. I’ll definitely go back to this location and this doctor. I had my husband make an appointment with this doctor.

Dr. Kiefer at the Tesson Ferry location is wonderful, as is his staff. They are friendly and organized and that's why I continue to go back after all these year. Thank you Dr. Kiefer and your wonderful staff!

The associates are warm and welcoming. Appreciated being on time as I was on my lunch break from work. No waiting at all. Very knowledgeable. So glad to see Dr Kiefer again for another year. See you all next year
