I had the good fortune of being helped by Karl at the Euclid store when I went there to select a snazzy new pair of Warby Parker glasses. Throughout my visit Karl was fully attentive and also had great recommendations of his own -- so much so that I ended up going with one of his ideas and I couldn't be happier with that final choice. In addition to his total professionalism he was also fun and easy to communicate with throughout. One of the best eyeglass-buying experiences I've ever had.

I needed to update three pairs of glasses–one of them sunglasses–with a new prescription. All three frames are from Warby Parker, bought within the last three years, and I still love them. They are also all in good shape; it was nice there was no pitch to replace them. Chris at the Central West End Warby Parker was a great help in figuring out how to use my insurance and their discount to get the best deal. I also prefer the smaller CWE store over the Frontenac store. It's much more intimate and feels likes a local store vs. a big mall store. I also always feel like I get more personal service.
