I scheduled a routine maintenence check of my HVAC system before heading into the hot summer season. Communication with ProTech was excellent from booking the appointment 3 weeks in advance to their actual arrival on the day of. Tom and Gabriel did a great tag-team job (although for the task at hand only one tech was needed) and they were in and out inside of an hour.
As I said once before, great service, great attitudes, and very prompt - not something that you typically find in the greater Benton area!
We had gutters put on our house. They came the next day we called to give us an estimate and did the job the next week! They are very responsive and perfessional!! Lori was very helpful in helping us decide on a color and answered all questions!! I would highly recommend them!!

Huge rave!! Being new to the area and not really knowing who to take our truck to for service we were so happy with the service we received. We greatly appreciate Jason trying to do minor repairs to help us save money. But ultimately it was still a timing belt problem but he was very reasonable and great to work with. Sensei Myers is one of the most sweetest man I have ever met in my life. He is kind generous knowledgeable and all-around amazing. They take the time with the students to teach them. I have always got such relaxation from Thai massage with Kristen. Today I had my first table massage with Stephen and I highly recommend. Recently had thermostat installed for our geothermal unit, then I screwed up all the settings thinking what I was doing would work. Needless to say I definitely screwed up everything, Glen came back out and installed all correct settings without charging me! They deserve a 10 out of 10 and will use him with any problems I have!

The Owners & staff are AMAZING!! From the initial contact to over 2 years later, they don't disappoint. For 2 of my parents' services, they took care and consideration, collaborating on what we wanted with what they knew worked, equalling a beautiful service—stepping up in any way they could. Keeping us on task with the arrangements, setting up, and packing up, they helped us through it all, and they were completely professional amd caring the whole time. Even 2 years after the last service they provided, they still happily helped me get the video from my father's service, and so quickly too. They truly are a blessing and help ease what are generally some of the hardest times people can go through. Having experience with other funeral homes, I can personally say how much they stand out above the rest, in their dedication to helping you through the process and their ability to conduct such a special experience as you say goodbye to your loved one. While I hope you don't have to do business with them often, there is no one else I would rather have by my side for this experience.
