The Owners & staff are AMAZING!! From the initial contact to over 2 years later, they don't disappoint. For 2 of my parents' services, they took care and consideration, collaborating on what we wanted with what they knew worked, equalling a beautiful service—stepping up in any way they could. Keeping us on task with the arrangements, setting up, and packing up, they helped us through it all, and they were completely professional amd caring the whole time. Even 2 years after the last service they provided, they still happily helped me get the video from my father's service, and so quickly too. My husband Tony Zaharsky, passed March 4, 2026. I couldn’t ask for a better family experience with Reser funeral home . They were so kind and compassionate which helped a lot. My husband is back home with me in a decorative urn which Reser let me order and pick out on my own. No pressure to go through them, and that ment the world to me. Thank you Reser couldn’t asked for a better experience during such a life altering time!
Jim and Derenda were both so very pleasant to interact with during this very difficult time for my family. They delicately navigated what I'm sure are tricky waters; the hopes and wants of a grieving family, while also giving honest feedback on expectations so that we could make well informed, and ultimately correct decisions. I am forever thankful to them for providing an avenue for us to give our final goodbyes to my father before his cremation.
