Truck broke down while camping at the MO state park. After trying everything I could think of to get it running I finally had to get it towed. I honestly was very hesitant to call twin lakes because of some of the negative reviews but they were the closest and they had a garage so I took my chances and was very happy I did. They came out on Labor day and towed it to their garage. The next day they looked at it and found the problem was just a blown fuse. They could've easily said it was literally anything else but they were honest and only charged me for the tow and about an hour's worth of service. Called cause I had questions on rates. Called back a 2nd time to verify and spoke with the same guy. He was polite, courteous and professional both times. Called back the next weekend to have the tow taken care of, again professionally, kind, friendly. Sent out the driver when he arrived he personable and got the tow done timely & efficient thank you guys. I know who to call when in the Warsaw area!Services: Car towing
I can't say enough about this company!! They are quick to respond, knew what to do when my truck wouldn't start. They were polite, and professional! If you need your vehicle towed call Precision!! I'd even trust them with my precious Mustang. I'd give them 100 stars if I could!Service: Car towing
