“I scheduled a routine maintenence check of my HVAC system before heading into the hot summer season. Communication with ProTech was excellent from booking the appointment 3 weeks in advance to their actual arrival on the day of. Tom and Gabriel did a great tag-team job (although for the task at hand only one tech was needed) and they were in and out inside of an hour.

As I said once before, great service, great attitudes, and very prompt - not something that you typically find in the greater Benton area!”

“I have used electra-air services from repairs on original hvac system that was installed years before I moved in until it finally died. I was quoted a price for entirely new system . It was installed correctly at the quoted price. Unit ran great for 2 years but when the compressor went out due to ground fault Glen kept me informed as to when he expected manufacturer could replace the compressor. He kept me updated and last time he called he told me the manufacturer decided to replace the entire ac unit. He came out Saturday morning and installed it quickly.
I forgot to mention Glen made a window unit available to me while we waited for the unit to arrive. Thanks to him I didn't have to endure the 95 to 112 heat index without any air.
Can't thank them enough for all their efforts keeping me from having heat related stress added to existing medical issues.”
