Wait time is awful! Almost 2 hours for a 5 min visit, staff are nice, I just ain’t going to wait like that anymore! If I have to wait an hour anything after I’m out, nothing like being really sick and waiting forever. I’m new to the area and GV is very close, otherwise I’d find a new place

Dr. Snell and dr. McCool. Are the best.. They both take thw time to talk to you and make you feel welcome (so wait times are a little long) but its so worth it to know they actually care about you. 4 stars because their billing is horrible- they somehow didnt have my insurance on file (ive been going there for 7 years, hasnt changed) and my bills are always screwed up, if i even get rhem before they send them to collections!

Seen Dr. Beck after been with two other doctors as I recovered from a very difficult surgery's dr.Beck listened understood how my medical situation is very difficult he acts on medical knowledge as well as understanding if you think for one minute he is of a person who just prescribed drugs forget it his knowledge is outstanding as he is a doctor to heal you not appease you I've seen too many doctors to know this man will go far in his family practice if your sick see this man .if not he will know
