I scheduled a routine maintenence check of my HVAC system before heading into the hot summer season. Communication with ProTech was excellent from booking the appointment 3 weeks in advance to their actual arrival on the day of. Tom and Gabriel did a great tag-team job (although for the task at hand only one tech was needed) and they were in and out inside of an hour.
As I said once before, great service, great attitudes, and very prompt - not something that you typically find in the greater Benton area!
Representatives were very knowledgeable about my system, and came up with very valid service and equipment recommendations.
Prompt. Answered questions we had. Got new system in a little over a week total. Professional. Will update if we have any issues
