I have used electra-air services from repairs on original hvac system that was installed years before I moved in until it finally died. I was quoted a price for entirely new system . It was installed correctly at the quoted price. Unit ran great for 2 years but when the compressor went out due to ground fault Glen kept me informed as to when he expected manufacturer could replace the compressor. He kept me updated and last time he called he told me the manufacturer decided to replace the entire ac unit. He came out Saturday morning and installed it quickly.

Installed Heat pump. After competitive research, I called a few companies including Electra-Air. What their claim to excellence is demonstrated with their service. Value does not end after installing the product, it just begins with years of proven and reliable service.

Recently had thermostat installed for our geothermal unit, then I screwed up all the settings thinking what I was doing would work. Needless to say I definitely screwed up everything, Glen came back out and installed all correct settings without charging me! They deserve a 10 out of 10 and will use him with any problems I have!
