Recently had thermostat installed for our geothermal unit, then I screwed up all the settings thinking what I was doing would work. Needless to say I definitely screwed up everything, Glen came back out and installed all correct settings without charging me! They deserve a 10 out of 10 and will use him with any problems I have!

In this day and age where everything is diposable and companies outlook is short-lived, it's very fortunate that there are still a few companies that live up to their word; providing excellent customer service and a focus on customer satisfaction.
