My husband is on hospice and oxygen and our air-conditioning went out. American Heating & Cooling sent Dominick out immediately and got us running again at a very reasonable price. They truly saved our day. Can't say enough good thinngs about them.No pressure to buy a new unit just good advice for future references.
Being from KC we were not familiar with any hvac companies in the Warsaw area. All American was referred to us by a friend to install a new outdoor unit and furnace, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Great customer service and attention to detail !!
These guys were fantastic! Answered the phone immediately, had someone out within an hour to get our heat back on. Not only did they fix the shorting wire causing the malfunction of the furnace, but also found improper wiring (fire hazard) from whoever installed the unit. Price was great. Communication was fantastic. They even send a text where you can track where your guy is and how far away they are. Super cool. Micheal and Ty were great to be around and very professional. I got my new hvac guys! Highly recommend.
