“Lovely place! I’ve had classes with two of their teachers and both were great. (Restorative with Alicia and a myofascial release class with Matt.) I really wish the studio was a bit closer to my home because I would go all the time! I will definitely be back for more classes.“

Sonya's Studio Yoga

“My wife would like to give a shout-out to Sonya for providing yoga classes for cancer survivors this year.
This is a tremendous kind gesture. There is a lot of uncertainty when you are going through or recovering from cancer, and to be able to attend the classes free of charge and to find peace while attending the classes is a precious gift. Thank you, Sonya, for your generosity.“

“Great yoga studio on so many fronts! Clean, organized and has what you need in terms of supplies and props. A wide variety of wonderful instructors with a schedule that meets the needs of many. Last but not least, Cathy the owner, is very involved in the smooth running of the studio and works with clients to meet their individual needs.“

“I like the workouts a lot, and I love the instructors! I’ve gone for a little over a year now and overall very happy. Some of the corporate policies kind of put a damper on the experience… if you put your membership on hold, you cannot cancel it while it’s on hold… Etc.“

The Studio Yoga

“Life changing! I had zero experience with Pilates until I stepped into The Studio nearly 9 months ago. The practice of Pilates on a consistent basis has definitely added to my mobility and lessened physical issues that caused pain routinely. Maureen is a master teacher, creative and just a lot of fun! I wish I had begun Pilates at a much younger age, however it is never to late to learn something new! I am 53, but not the oldest in the class! ?“

Pilates Center of St. Louis Yoga

“Anyone who attends regular Pilates lessons at this facility will truly be investing for their future. As a sufferer of osteoporosis and arthritis, the benefits have been quite outstanding for me. I have increased my bone density from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my back and to within the normal range in my hips. My arthritic knees have stopped hurting due to the leg muscles I have built up. This is definitely due to my Pilates lessons as I take no medications for these conditions. As an added benefit, my rib cage is more defined, the muscles I have built are long and lean and I am so much more flexible. I started with private lessons intending to move on to group lessons but the benefits I have had from individual attention and tuition have made me want to stick with one on one lessons. This is a warm and friendly studio where every client is made to feel valued and appreciated. I cannot recommend highly enough!“

Life Time Yoga

“Wow! This is a fantastic place to get fit. The locker rooms and common areas are spotless. Over 20 free classes are led by professional trainers, including yoga and heated yoga. The facility can get crowded during peak hours, like any gym, but it has a spacious layout with plenty of room to exercise. Besides the standard equipment like free weights, benches, military presses, squats, curls, etc., they have a wide range of Nautilus machines and cardio equipment. They offer not only the basics but also unique cardio machines I haven't seen at other gyms. Pool? Yes, 2 outside, 2 inside, plus a kids' indoor pool. How many clubs can you get a meal after your workout or get a massage? No matter what type of athlete you are or how often you work out, this place has everything you need to get in better shape.“
