Life changing! I had zero experience with Pilates until I stepped into The Studio nearly 9 months ago. The practice of Pilates on a consistent basis has definitely added to my mobility and lessened physical issues that caused pain routinely. Maureen is a master teacher, creative and just a lot of fun! I wish I had begun Pilates at a much younger age, however it is never to late to learn something new! I am 53, but not the oldest in the class! ?

I recently scheduled a full body massage with Maggie to work out some muscle tension I had been experiencing. Everything about my visit was fantastic. She met me with a warm smile, took time to ask questions about what was most bothering me, and was excellent with the overall massage service. Not to mention she couldn't be sweeter! I was so impressed. I have already booked my next visit and bought a gift certificate for my husband. Thank you Maggie!
