My yoga instructor is amazing.Now im new at this but she shows me how to relax...breath. Then she stretches you showing you how to do the moves, she also tells you the muscles and areas you are working. I come home and feel so good. Thank you PaulaIWill be back even if it is 40 minutes to get to her
If you are looking for a way to unwind, learn, workout without feeling embarrassed this is your place! I have arthritis really bad and I feel so awesome after my class yesterday! The instructor Paula was caring, comforting and kick a$$! Please join me or beat me to try this place out!
