“TruFusion offers a wonderful array of classes, everything from hot yoga to TRX. I love the variety, and the quality of classes is top tier as well. It's expensive, but you get what you paid for. And for those that need to shower after a morning workout and get ready for work, the facilities are wonderful. I'm so glad I signed up for this gym. I highly recommend giving them a try!“

“I love Blue Sky! The studio itself is beautiful, and has a very warm and inviting atmosphere. They have a great range of classes, and all of the teachers are very kind and helpful. “Love this spot in Benton Park! I’m part of the wellness program so I get a 90 minute massage monthly. It’s a fantastic way to stay on task with your self-care. Kalani Bone is the therapist I typically go to. She’s wonderful. She’s super flexible. She’ll ask you before your massage what to target. She’ll chat during the massage if you want to. She’s great! You can tell she cares about your relaxation and experience. ❤️“

“As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a cozy and inviting space. The room was softly lit, creating a warm and comforting ambiance. The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and provided gentle guidance throughout the class. They encouraged us to listen to our bodies and find our own peace within each pose. As I moved through the sequences, I could feel the tension melting away, replaced by a deep sense of relaxation. The instructor's soothing voice and calming music in the background added to the overall serenity of the experience. “Daisy is fun, energizing and easy to follow. Her Zumba classes are full of energy and great music! She makes it easy to follow if you're just starting out and fun moves if you are more advanced. She always has a positive energy and a smile on her face! Her yoga classes are great for all levels. I have been doing yoga for about six years now and she challenges me but also explains the poses in detail. She has helped me improve my practice in the way she explains the proper form and benefits of each pose.“

“I started coming to Pilates + Yoga studio in Chesterfield 5 years ago. I initially bought a package of 10 with Groupon. I had done Pilates at someone’s home prior to coming to the studio.I am addicted to Pilates. It is a full body workout that gives you amazing results.I have had numerous instructors over the past 5 years and I am confident in saying that you will be happy with any of the instructors you have.I bought a membership which is the way to go if you enjoy Pilates and want to do it regularly. I also signed up for a specific day and class. Doing this assures me of my time slot. Since I have signed up I generally have Lindsay for my instructor. Lindsay is a great Pilates instructor. She has a background in dance and is a certified Pilates instructor. Lindsay’s classes are challenging and a good workout. Her instructions are easy to follow. She has great recall and knows everyone’s name and their restrictions.No matter your age, physical restrictions or activity there is a Pilates class for you. They also provide private and duet sessions if that is what you prefer.“

“I have been practicing at Yoga St. Louis for 12 years. Bruce was recommended to me by a friend because I had severe back pain that had left me virtually unable to function. Frankly I was doubtful I’d ever function again but Bruce thought he could help me and convinced me to give it a shot. Bruce is an expert in physiology and can make even the most challenging actions attainable for most people. He understands the body’s compensation mechanisms and how to address issues in a safe way. This was not a miracle cure and took time, and work on my part, but Bruce’s guidance and careful explanations were key to my recovery and to helping me learn to move in safer and more effective ways for my long term health. He is the only person I will let correct/manipulate me when I am having pain. As an added bonus I have learned much about yoga and the importance of the interaction between mind and body to a person’s health and wellness and another way to approach pain and healing. As long as Bruce runs a yoga studio, I will be taking his classes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!“

“Anyone who attends regular Pilates lessons at this facility will truly be investing for their future. As a sufferer of osteoporosis and arthritis, the benefits have been quite outstanding for me. I have increased my bone density from osteoporosis to osteopenia in my back and to within the normal range in my hips. My arthritic knees have stopped hurting due to the leg muscles I have built up. This is definitely due to my Pilates lessons as I take no medications for these conditions. As an added benefit, my rib cage is more defined, the muscles I have built are long and lean and I am so much more flexible. I started with private lessons intending to move on to group lessons but the benefits I have had from individual attention and tuition have made me want to stick with one on one lessons. This is a warm and friendly studio where every client is made to feel valued and appreciated. I cannot recommend highly enough!“

“As a first timer in yoga and a Navy fighter pilot, I was somewhat reluctant to try yoga when I knew I didn't have control. But Jane came highly recommended by neighbors. So I called her and from there it was all good. She is the subject matter expert in yoga and really works with you to give you a comfortable and confident feeling as for yoga. She has the personal touch and unique skill to make everyone in her class feel at ease as they learn. Very friendly and cordial atmosphere by all, thanks to Jane.“

“I was in town visiting a friend and we stopped in for a yoga class. Everyone was very welcoming and nice. I'm not very flexible but the yoga class was great and they even explained easier poses for those not as advanced. After class everyone chatted for a couple minutes but it seems like a great environment to workout in and would definitely come back.“
