“I called Brian after being referred by a fellow co worker for a kitchen faucet install. He was very knowledgeable off the bat and spoke to some of the problems that might arise based on the age of the pipes.

On the day of installing, Brian found several things wrong because of the previous work by someone else. He was very honest and passionate about the issues he saw, and what damage it would cause down the line. He didn't sell us some pipe dream and was honest about the work that needed to be done. He assured us once fixed we would never have a problem in that area again.

I will say this...you get what you pay for. The level of professionalism he showed gave me the confidence the job was done right as if this is how it would be done in his own home. Not only did he fix my plumbing issues in the kitchen, he fixed my own wrong handy work, helped me fix an additional problem in my basement and bathroom.

“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Their HVAC person was the only one who checked my electric panel to see if it could support the unit I needed. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. Well worth it! They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. The service contract offer was no pressure and a good buy. They keep me on track for maintenance. Very efficient systems in place! Polite & respectful. I’m impressed every time and won’t hesitate to hire them again and again.“
