During the colder season, an animal got into our home through the foundation drain line and packed the sump pump area with dirt and rocks, creating a very messy plumbing problem. We later realized our dogs had been trying to warn us by sniffing around the sump pump cover. Erick came out and did an excellent job. He was friendly, skilled, and knew exactly how to handle the sump pump issue. He cleaned up the problem, repaired the sump pump, and sealed the pipe to help prevent anything from getting back in. He also fixed a leaking kitchen sink faucet the same visit, which was a big help. The whole service felt professional from start to finish. The plumbing work was done carefully, everything was explained in simple terms, and the pricing was fair.
