It was clearly a main drain and sewer line issue, not a simple plumbing fix, and the sink was close to overflowing across the basement floor. I called Hancock Brothers Plumbers, and Mason arrived earlier than expected. He quickly diagnosed the blockage, located the main sewer line, and cleared the clog with a large drain snake and professional sewer equipment I had never seen before. The whole process was handled fast, cleanly, and with real skill. The price was very reasonable for such a major drain and plumbing repair, especially for an emergency backup. I highly recommend their service because the work was efficient, affordable, and done by someone who clearly knows plumbing inside and out.“

“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend.
