Darren was here this morning to replace the cartridge in my kitchen faucet. I had misplaced the paperwork. It's a Moen. He informed me that Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty. I called Moen and sure enough, they would have sent me the replacement part free of charge. (I did find my paperwork...). He also taught me how to look up a product on my phone by just scanning it. Who knew? I have an older model American Standard shower faucet that is also hard to turn to adjust water temp. Next, I asked him about my aging water heater. Wow. I can't say enough good things about this company. I learned SO much in 45 mins from Darren. It was packed full of informative goodies. I had misplaced my paperwork for my 2020 Moen kitchen faucet so I wasn't operating at full potential. Lifetime warranty on Moen faucets. So, I did call Moen to follow up on that. Finally found my paperwork and I had registered the faucet, so that saved some time. Darren also took a look at my shower single handle faucet and taught me how I could take a picture of it on my phone (From the Google App) and research a cartridge replacement for it. Who knew???
