I was a little skeptical at first because of all the 5-star reviews, but I really needed help when the toilet, kitchen, and shower were all backing up into the basement utility sink. It was clearly a main drain and sewer line issue, not a simple plumbing fix, and the sink was close to overflowing across the basement floor. I called Hancock Brothers Plumbers, and Mason arrived earlier than expected. He quickly diagnosed the blockage, located the main sewer line, and cleared the clog with a large drain snake and professional sewer equipment I had never seen before. I needed to replace an old gas range hookup and a sink drain pipe in my condo in Kansas City. They replaced our old water heater with a new tankless unit, and the plumbing work turned out to be a much bigger job than expected. even so, mason and gregory stayed late and worked hard to make sure we had hot water back the same day. since it was an emergency, i appreciated how quickly they handled the installation, checked the connections, and made sure everything was running properly before they left. it would have been helpful to get a little more information about the replacement options and the different pipe bends and setup choices for the new system, but overall the experience still turned out well. chase later helped explain more about how the tankless water...read full review
