My one thing they can do better is to leave me with paperwork and phone numbers to call when repairs are needed. One slight adjustment was needed and addressed quickly.“

“This is the second time they have come out quickly (first time with water heater, maybe two years ago? And today was the AC Freon issue. ) and been *extremely efficient and professional! Can’t recommend them enough!“

“I have used R-Mech for 3 different services. The biggest one was a new HVAC system. My 33 yr old AC died 4th of July weekend. I got quotes from 3 other companies then remembered what a great job R-Mech replacing my hot water heater the year before. Their HVAC person was the only one who checked my electric panel to see if it could support the unit I needed. Other companies tried to sell me a much larger system than I needed.R-Mech gave me the option of paying a little extra to have my install done on a Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. Well worth it! They cleaned up everything and left nothing behind. The service contract offer was no pressure and a good buy. They keep me on track for maintenance. Very efficient systems in place! Polite & respectful. I’m impressed every time and won’t hesitate to hire them again and again.“
