As a first-time homeowner, I'm still navigating the challenges that come with maintaining an older home. I purchased my house in 2014 from a landlord who put little thought into its condition, so every time I try to fix something, it tends to turn into a much bigger issue. I've had a few different contractors work on my home before, from siding to interior work, but none have treated me with the level of care and professionalism as K-Mac Roofing. From the moment I met Ron through a mutual friend, I knew I was in great hands. They didn't just do the job--they took the time to educate me about my roof's condition and gave me advice on how to proceed so I wouldn't face future problems. Their patience and understanding, especially with my "band-aid" house, were truly remarkable. Not only did they provide top-notch service, but their bid was also significantly more affordable than any of the others I received. This added value made choosing them an easy decision. One of the most impressive aspects was their communication. I had an issue with my weatherhead, where the wires coming into my house were pulling forward, causing water to leak on my electric breaker box. I initially called Ameren on 11/13, but they couldn't come out until 11/19. Ron, understanding the urgency of the situation, reassured me that I could call him once Ameren had finished their work. After several frustrating days, Ameren finally completed their part, and I immediately reached out to Ron. To my surprise, he scheduled the roof replacement for 11/24, just two days before Thanksgiving! I was amazed at how accommodating they were. The crew arrived promptly on the day of the job, and they greeted me at the door to let me know they were ready to begin. Alec, the project manager, arrived shortly after to walk me through the project, address any questions I had, and allow me to observe the work as I saw fit. I was replacing 16 pieces of plywood, and throughout the entire process, the communication between the crew, Alec, and Ron was seamless. Alec quickly got the necessary materials, and the crew was able to continue working without delay. Once the job was complete, I was impressed by the thorough clean-up. In the past, I've had contractors leave me to handle clean-up or even borrow my tools to finish the job. With K-Mac Roofing, I didn't have to worry about anything--they took care of everything, including leaving my property spotless. The whole experience was seamless, stress-free, and I felt completely confident that my home was in the hands of true professionals. They truly care about what happens to my home and my family. About a year ago, I received an awful cut from a different salon. Since then I've grown it out and cut it once more, just to have another awful cut.

I let my hair grow out really long because my stylist left the salon I used to go to. I hate finding a new stylist. I also hate planning for a haircut a month out. I've been putting it off because I didn't want to wait as long for an appointment as I most places were saying I had to do. When it comes to getting my haircut. I am pretty impulsive - I typically want to do it that day but most places can't do that. I understand that this is a personal problem, but this place was great for a walk-in. My stylist was wonderful and I'm very happy with my haircut. Also, the price is much better than what I used to pay! I will be back.

The shop was incredibly clean, and the overall aesthetic was both comfortable and super cool. Everyone had their own personal touches at their stations, which made it feel really welcoming. And let me tell you, everyone — from the staff to the other customers — was so sweet and made me feel right at home!
From booking a consultation to getting one of my tattoos retouched, and finally getting some new ink — the entire process was a BREEZE! As someone who works your typical Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule, it can be tough to make appointments. But everyone — from Kelly (who helped with scheduling) to Wolfman (who did my artwork) — was so flexible, and I seriously can’t thank them enough.

He’s kind, understanding, funny, and really listens to your wants, needs, and concerns. Have a cracked tooth and needed a crown. Dr. Cavaness and her assistant couldn't have been more attentive, supportive and gentle. I had absolutely no pain. I have some difficulty breathing through my nose, but she was very helpful and kept pausing to allow me to breathe. I can't say enough about the wonderful experience. I know, a little effusive for having to have a tooth capped, but she made it as positive an experience as one could hope.

Todd Just is not “just” a chiropractor. I would also call him a magician. The guy definitely works magic!!Had severe lower and upper back/neck pain. Was literally in tears for past couple weeks waiting for my appointment. Just left and feel like a new body. Have been to several chiropractors over the years in Colorado and Missouri and Todd Just beats them all hands down. It might take a bit longer to get your appointment because everyone that “knows” goes back to him. But there is a reason he is so busy and others can get you in the same day. Thanks again for the much needed relief!!!

Very Friendly, they actually take the time to talk to you and try to form a plan to get you healthy. Won't treat you like a cash register like other chiros! Huberman podcast is playing in the waiting room. That should tell you all you need to know

The doctor, the RVT, and the front desk took their time getting a complete medical history. I am a retired RVT, and I absolutely trust them with my babies.

My boys had a blast at twin rivers. I was very anxious about leaving them but the front desk was very patient with me and answered all my questions. They even had someone send me pictures of them throughout our trip and they seemed like they had a blast. I definitely recommend twin rivers to anyone looking for a safe place for their pups to stay ❤️

Rebecca is the massage therapist and she is lovely. She is clearly adept at treating her clients. I usually have two types of massage experiences either deep sports and very clinical, or relaxing with a mood being set by lighting, sound, scent. This was a very relaxing experience coupled with the most therapeutic massage I have had.
I have had pain and tension in my neck and shoulders for months. 75 minutes later and I have my range of motion back and tension is gone. I slept great and work up with full movement.
Rebecca used massage, heat,cold, vibration, and cupping with a technique that did not leave any bruising. She also sent me a set of stretches that I could do at home.
The room was very relaxing, with scent and sound, I couldn’t hear any outside noise. Rebecca asked about my preferences and adapted the experience to my preferences.

For the last 6 months Grace has been doing my massages. As a former professional baseball player I am used to having massages, Grace is the best I have ever had give me a massage. Her attention to detail and touch is second to none. When she has been gone Nicole has filled in and has done A great job! I love them both!!

I have been through a lot of PTs over the past few years and Justin and Erica have been the best I worked with. They give you a lot of personal attention so you do the exercises correctly to get the benefits needed. I learned a lot and had all my questions answered. Audrey at the front desk is also great - very friendly and helpful. If I need more PT ever this is where I will go.
What a great place to rehab! I have had only pleasant visits with a lot of compassion, and kindness.Therapy can be intense and demanding but the members walk through every step with you. They are quite kind and professional,it feels like family with each visit.
