I've always had good experiences at this JCPenney's. The customer service at the fine jewelry counter is friendly, and yes everyone is short staffed so there's just one person working that department, but all you need is to be a bit patient. People are so impatient these days. Slow down a little and look around you, window shop, take a deep breath. If you are in a rush because you didn't give yourself enough time to find what you want, it's not the associate's fault. I was the first customer in today so I was helped right away and was quickly shown the stud earrings my mom wanted at 70% off plus she told me I could double down with a 25% off coupon. Well we drove about to 2 hours to this store to do some back to school shopping. Our daughters went into the fitting room to try on clothes. Next thing I know one of them says “mom my clothes are wet.” I’m like let me see them and sure enough they were wet. Long story short there was condensation/leaking from a vent up above. I told the cashier and she didn’t really seem to care. Found a manager, Sam, by chance. He checked things out and said “I’m so sorry. Pick out another o
