“If it were possible, I'd give this job 4.5 stars. The electrician was great: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He was willing, if necessary, to stay late on a Friday afternoon to finish the job, but he was done well before EOB. So the only reason I didn't give the job five stars is that our discount as Home Protection subscribers seemed surprisingly small, ~$130 on a $900+ job. That's better than nothing, certainly, but given how much we spend every month and every year on the plan, I thought the discount would be a little more substantial.“

“Excellent customer service. Our very old furnace went out on Oct 29th and they had it replaced on Halloween. We went with a new unit but I appreciate that they did give us a repair quote as well. The estimate was very reasonable and despite some challenges with the pipes, they were able to replace my old system the following day. They were great to deal with and extremely professional. Mallory was so professional and fast scheduling an active leak in a 2 unit rental property.
