“We were in desperate need of getting our air conditioning unit evaluated. We called Academy Air and they were out the next day. We were sent a text to give us a heads up on the ETA. Jordan Richardson arrived on time and was very professional and polite from the moment he stepped in our door. Jordan gave us an excellent explanation of what was happening with our unit and a super helpful analogy. And when he was finished he explained everything very thoroughly. I could not be more pleased with his service and Academy as a whole. Double 5 stars for me!“

“If it were possible, I'd give this job 4.5 stars. The electrician was great: friendly, knowledgeable, informative, and efficient. He was willing, if necessary, to stay late on a Friday afternoon to finish the job, but he was done well before EOB. So the only reason I didn't give the job five stars is that our discount as Home Protection subscribers seemed surprisingly small, ~$130 on a $900+ job. That's better than nothing, certainly, but given how much we spend every month and every year on the plan, I thought the discount would be a little more substantial.“

“Kyle was prompt and courteous. He explained what needed to be done and why. He replaced 2 toilet shut off valves and the pressure valve on the main line. Afterwards he ran all the faucets to drain the air and sediment. He also used a gauge to check the pressure. I would recommend Beis Plumbing and will call them for future problems.“

video of them, actually cleaning out the pipes and showing me all the debris that the other company left in my pipes. The ole saying is correct You get what you paid for don’t always go by the cheapest price. I’m glad I found Mr Rooter There should price maybe higher but greater work was done by honest men.
