“We would like to highly recommend Ultra Heating and Cool. Of course our furnace quit working on the weekend. So, we were scrambling to find a new company to come out because we were less than pleased with our previous company and their lack of customer service. We called Ultra and left a message and was promptly called back by a very nice person. She set all the expectations on when they would be there and who was coming. This is where the good customer experience became great. Raphael was on time and greeted us with a smile as he was putting on his shoe covers before he entered our home. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. He then proceeded to complete the tune up we had purchased. Raphael went above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience. This was a Saturday and he we never felt like he was rushing or in a hurry to get home or to the next job. Yes, I did sign up for the $14.00 a month maintenance plan. I know that this is the company I want to deal with on general maintenance and when the unforeseen happens with our home. Raphael, keep doing what your doing. “A 97% efficiency gas furnace with variable speed motor was installed on 11/14/23 and I could not be happier. The old furnace was 80% efficient & my house is so much more comfortable now plus I will save on my gas bill. From the office staff, to the project manager and the team that installed the unit, all were polite, helpful AND knew what they were doing. I highly recommend Buckner's & will continue having them do the annual spring/fall maintenance just as I did the 20 year old furnace that was replaced.“

“I had a basement drain that wasn't draining. Another company had been out earlier in the day and used scare tactics to tell me why they couldn't snake out my drain and said that my best (and pretty much only) option was to replace it then and there. I told him I wanted to seek a second opinion. While Jacob from Two Pillars agreed with the previous assessment (that I should eventually replace my basement drain), he was able to quickly remove the rust clog for now and said I could most likely wait a year or two on the drain replacement. And, best of all, his quote for a drain replacement was half of the guy from the previous company's who, by the way, told me he could not unclog my drain without potentially filling my basement and home with noxious sewer gas.(As an older woman, I'm sure I look like an easy mark.) Lesson to self: Don't fall for "specials." I am so glad I called Two Pillars. Thanks!“

“We called precision plumbing based upon a recommendation off of Next Door. We had a pretty significant back up in our basement area and had previously been quoted a repair over $10k. Precision came out on a weekend, quoted us a much lesser price and worked diligently to make sure the problem was fixed! Although the work was more extensive than they originally anticipated, our cost did not increase and they worked until the job was done! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend this company!“
