He came out to fix an issue with my air conditioning, quickly diagnosed the problem, and got everything running smoothly again. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing — very knowledgeable, efficient, and professional.

YouTube has lots of videos showing how easy it is to loosen up a stuck shutoff valve, but they fail to mention not to turn it too far. They do advise turning off the water main before you start, but that’s for wimps, right? I went to work at my mom’s house and had the first two valves loosened up in no time. Guess I got carried away on the 3rd one, heard a snap, and was soon starring in my own slapstick comedy with water gushing everywhere.
So, THEN I turned off the water main and Mom called Mr. Plumber. I guess the dispatcher could hear the panic in Mom’s voice because 21 minutes later, Vance arrived with his superhero cape and van full of wonderous plumbing...read full review
