The hottest day of the year and our AC shit craps. You were concerned for our safety and sent Edward out to fix it. We was wonderful, very professional, kind, clean cut and did a marvelous job. Some hours later we called your company back saying it had not cooled down. They had Edward call us back and he assured us it would take time to cool the house down. It did and we are pleased as punch with your service and Edward. I must also say the CS rep was extremely helpful as well. I didn’t get her name. Thanks again
This is the second time they have come out quickly (first time with water heater, maybe two years ago? And today was the AC Freon issue. ) and been *extremely efficient and professional! Can’t recommend them enough!
