I had a very pleasant experience with Pierpoint and will use them again. The technician arrived on time and was very helpful and insightful with diagnosing my problem and confirming the setup of my plumbing before he took steps to resolve it.

I'd like to share my story about Pierpoint Plumbing.I hired them in Feb of 2022 to have some work done. The work done by the employee was definitely not great work. I actually had to fix a few things after the fact.Fast forward to November of 2023 and I ran across another issue from the work that was done by this employee back in Feb of 2022. I had to fix that work as well and by this point, I was very frustrated and irritated.I reached out to the ownership of the company and they were unaware that I had any issues with the work done (I didn't reach out to them initially with the problems) and they informed me that the employee that did my work was fired just a couple...read full review
